Please send your payment to the address below. Please make cheques out to Health Choice Ltd. Please don’t forget to include your delivery address as well as your phone number, email and order reference if you have one. Write these on the back of the cheque if possible, and send to

Are my credit card details secure?
Credit card payments are accepted through DPS (Payment Express). As you complete your checkout you will be transfered to a secure site to enter your Credit card details. Once complete, you will be transfered back to the health Choice website. Health Choice does not hold your credit card details on file

What is your return and refund policy?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with Cordysen™ we will happily refund your money in full. Please return the product, unused and/or partially used, and the receipt that will have accompanied your order. In the unlikely event that you received physically damaged product, you will be sent a reply paid bag to return the faulty product in and we will ensure replacement product is sent with the highest priority.

New Zealand Orders
Shipping within New Zealand is free of charge. For local (New Zealand) orders placed today please allow approximately 3 working days. Rural delivery orders usually take a little longer.

The shipping price for international destinations will be advised during ordering process. International order delivery times are variable, Australia 5-7 working days, delivery times to the rest of the world will depend on destination but generally not more that 10 working days
